[gmx-developers] plans for 2016.3

Hi,

I will do a 2016.3 earlier than usual, since in another bug fix in 2016.2,
we perpetrated an embarrassing bug that leaves runs with separate PME ranks
hanging during printing of timing output. (Thanks to the several people who
found and reported that, and those who helped fix it.)

Other than Ake's minor fixes to gmx tune-pme there's not much on the table,
so I'll plan to ship that on Monday March 13.
