[gmx-developers] plans for 2016.3

The next Ubuntu is planned to ship with 2016.2, looks like it just
made since it was accepted into Debian experimental on Feb 9.The
feature/import freeze has been on since Feb 18, but it might still be
possible to get 2016.3 in. I'll file an FFE and drop a mail to the
Debian maintainer to submit 2016.3 in into Debian experimental as soon
as it is out.
