[gmx-developers] Change to documentation

Dear all,

As some of you might have noticed on Gerrit, I have been working on the 
documentation generation to port the existing LaTeX documents to Markup 
and introduce a common system based on Sphinx to generate an online 
version of the reference manual (and possible LaTeX version from the 
same material).

I would be grateful if some of you could have a look at it, with the 
main focus on finding issues with cross referencing in the new files and 
ensuring that no errors have been introduced during the conversion. This 
would hopefully make it possible to merge those changes in the near future.
