[gmx-developers] help needed with a check-source issue

Hi,

Progress on the kinda urgent PME GPU change is stalling partly because
of a check-source error. Briefly: state.h installed includes the new
gpu_utils/hostallocator.h which itself is not an installed header:

Could anyone advise how to get rid of it?
