[gmx-developers] Jenkins in quiet down mode

Hello developers,

we are having some issues with Jenkins and changed it into quiet down 
mode to hopefully resolve them.
This means that no now build jobs will be executed until the issues has 
been resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope that the server will be back up and 
running this evening or tomorrow.
