[gmx-developers] update on 2019 beta

Hi devs,

We're one week out from our beta release. Things look pretty OK, but I'm
sure not everything on the top page or two of Gerrit will make it.

We had a power outage this morning, so a bit a of a backlog on Jenkins
verification. Please update code and/or rebase when you know you need to,
and not just to feel productive. :-)

Please do avoid uploading code not targeted for the 2019 beta over the next
week. Drafts to share for discussions are OK. As long as Jenkins is not
tagged as a reviewer on drafts, a verification will not be triggered.
