[gmx-developers] upcoming 2018.3 patch release

Hello developers,

The next GROMACS patch release for the 2018 branch is planned for Nov 
12. The plan for those releases continues to be to have them released 
every 2-3 months to ensure users will get their hands on the latest fixes.
