[gmx-developers] Latest releases and tags not at GitHub

Dear developers,

I wanted to mention, that the latest GROMACS releases (>2019.1 and
>2018.6) are not available at the GitHub mirror.

I have also noticed that the latest release 2019.3 at the redmine
repository is without the leading 'v' character. Is this correct?
