[gmx-developers] Upcoming 2019.4 patch release and 2018.8 hotfix

Hello developers,

we are planning to have a new patch release for the 2019 branch of 
GROMACS some time around the middle of next week.
The original day scheduled had been this Friday, but as we are still 
busy with the beta release for GROMACS 2020 this is more than likely to 
slip at least to some extend.

The plan for those releases continues to be to have them released every 
2-3 months to ensure users will get their hands on the latest fixes.

As we have also identified and resolved an issue in the 2018 branch, 
there will be one more hotfix release there as well (and I'm wondering 
how often I'll say that this will really be the final one).
