[gmx-developers] More CI infrastructure online

Hi,

This is mostly FYI, and a follow-up to some of the threads we had about CI
being slow earlier:

We have now installed another two 2*16-core Xeon 4216 servers in our
Kubernetes cluster, which increases the CI capacity from 176 hardware
threads to 304. Each of these servers is also equipped with dual NVIDIA and
dual AMD cards, which doubles the available GPUs to 8 of each type.

GPUs will likely still be a potential bottleneck (if nothing else because
there will be cases when there are cores free, but not on the right
machine), so if we add any GPU tests that are run for each change, we
should make sure they finish in a minute or so.
