[gmx-developers] No merge rights until beta1 release

Hello @ all gmx developers,

I have taken the step now to revoke all merge rights into the master 
branch until we have released 2021-beta1.
Please ping me if you think you have a change that needs to be merged 
and I'll check it.

The beta1 release will no coincide with the 2021 branch creation and the 
feature freeze for the release. This is according to the original 
schedule we had for it.
