[gmx-developers] updating GROMACS contributor lists

We have plenty of space in the log file, so there I definitely think we
should print everything.

The big drawback of cluttering stdout is that important information risks
drowning in the sea of non-critical information we write - and I think
there's a lot to be said for having our command-line tools behave more like
most other command-line tools in Unix.

Cheers,

Erik
