I don't know what codine is. Is that a Mandrake clustering solution?

It should work out of the box at maximum speed. Both GROMACS and FFTW will
install in /usr/local, while LAM installs in /usr. That means you have to
install at least LAM on all machines, while the other packages could be
shared via NFS, if you have that installed.
