I am trying to install the new version of gromacs on an NT machine running
cygwin. when running make I repeatedly recieve the error messages: error make 1
, error make 2. I have tried runing make in gmxlib and mdlib and have had no
errors. When running make in kernel i recieve the following error:

../gmxlib/.libs/libgmx.a(fnbf.o)(.text+0xad2):fnbf.c: undefined reference to
`inl0100_3dnow'
../gmxlib/.libs/libgmx.a(fnbf.o)(.text+0xb7f):fnbf.c: undefined reference to
`inl0110_sse'...

...../gmxlib/.libs/libgmx.a(x86_cpu.o)(.text+0x6a2):x86_cpu.c: undefined
reference to `check3dnow'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [grompp.exe] Error 1

Any suggestions?

Bryan
