[gmx-users] 3.1.3 out, fixing grompp and double

Hi,

I've released version 3.1.3 of the source that includes fixes for the 
double precision compile problem that was introduced in 3.1.2 and a 
couple of changes to make grompp more foolproof.
It also contains the fix for Tru64 compilers complaining about 'pow' 
that should have been in 3.1.2...

RPM packages might not appear until monday (US pacific time).
