[gmx-users] g_dyndom

Hi all,
I am trying to run g_dyndom but I cannot get it!!
What are the input files for g_gyndom??
-f .... the output pdb file from dyndom called mi-title_pdb??
-n .... What file is it?? Is it another output file from dyndom? which?
Can you give an example?
