[gmx-users] where can i find makefile?

   I have downloaded gromacs-3.1.3 and uncompressed it.But the Makefile is not in the subdirectory of gromacs-3.1.3, so the make command can not find its targets.How can i successfully compile the gromacs-3.1.3?
