Dear Gromacs Team, Is it true that g_tcaf is only calculates viscosity in periodic systems. *Because as far as I know calculating viscosity would needs to be carry out on-the fly, by using diagnal elements of pressure tensor, Can one use this tool with option pbc=no? cheers Mehmet
