Hi Wei Fu,

I am not sure that it's the best choice. I not aware of available parameters
for phosphatidylserine in GROMACS force field. And the fact that the head
group is charged is probably not a good idea for the simulation, except if
you want to test the effect of a pure PS bilayer on the dopamin receptor.

phosphatidylcholine or phophatidylethanolamine are probably better
alternatives.
