[gmx-users] Groups (Protein vs. Protein)

Hi List,

	I can share in groups (protein, drug, sol, ion) without problem.
However, now, insted of having a drug group I had a different protein
(substrate) that interact with the other.  Whatever I tried I always got a
whole Protein in the index, when I'd like to have another name to the
substrate.  How could I achieve this?
