Hi,

has any done a comparison of 3GHz Xeons with 512KB and 1MB cache? Is
there any indication that the extra cache helps for GROMACS runs? Is
there any advantage to the 3.2GHz Xeons other than the obvious slight
improvement due to clock speed?
