[gmx-users] helix length

I use g_helix to calculate the helix length. However, the results are different depending if I use the "-q" option or not.
(file len-ahx.xvg). Which one is the true helix length? Shouldn't g_helix calculate the longer helix at every step anyway?

I have a catenated a trajectory and I use the *.trp file from the initial run.
