[gmx-users] dssp extremely slow .. if at all ?

There must be something wrong. Is dssp 'standalone' still working?
Is the maching you use heavily loaded?
Are you reading (& writing) from a slow network disk, or a nearly
full local disk (can be horribly slow also)?
