   Hi fellows, I try to make a hole using the modified mdrun made by Graham.  
the program works fine and I have a good results.  The starnge thing is that
when I run rhe mdrun:
mdrun -v -hole -holep hpcyl.mdp ...
I got: 
' for variable holetype, using 'Cyl'
Next time use one of: 'Cyl' 'Grasp_bin' 'Grasp_ascii' 'MSMS'
' for variable debugsurf, using 'no'
Next time use one of: 'no' 'yes'
' for variable resforces, using 'no'
Next time use one of: 'no' 'yes'
but I entered all thus parameters.  Does someone know about it and how to solve it?
