[gmx-users] DNA parameters

Hi all
I am a undergrad syudent in the preliminary stages of
learning gromacs and i am doing a simulation for
protein (RNAse H) with DNA-RNA hybrid. I would like
someone to help me rite parameters in the residue
topology file and other files for the DNA and RNA
bases. It would be nice of you if someone can pass on
the file if you have already gone through this.
