[gmx-users] view XPM files?

GMX users,

How can I view xpm files. I generated covar.xpm file and I tried to 
view it with xv program but it gives me a colour code error. I also 
tried to convert the file to ps wit xpm2ps but I get:

Fatal error: Unsupported or invalid colormap in X PixMap

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
