[gmx-users] DPPC bilayer simulation

Can somebody please help me out by giving pointers
with the following steps?

1. Set up a DPPC bilayer surrounded with water (in a
periodic box)
2. Perform an equilibration on the DPPC bilayer
3. Insert a protein in DPPC bilayer
4. Equilibrate the DPPC bilayer + protein
