Haven't done that myself, other than forming some various other types of
bilayers, however there have been quite a lot of discussions on this
emailing list about it. And there have been a lot of pointers given on the
various steps involved, problems encountered etc. So might be worth using
the search engine on the GROMACS home page and reading up there first.
