[gmx-users] Recovering corrupt XTC files -> new contribution

  Hi,

  as the subject came up recently, I just put a little program to recover
corrupted XTC files on the gmx contributions page. It's nothing new, but
mainly based on other peoples' earlier contributions for SGI. It now works
under linux and has a step-by-step description of how to recover the maximum
of the corrupted trajectories.

  It has only been tested by a handful of people, so there is certainly
much room for improvement, but it's a start.
