[gmx-users] fftw 2.1.3

For some reason, the config.guess in fftw-2.1.3 from the gromacs site,
couldn't give any output at all, while the config.guess of gromacs itself
can. I noticed that the fftw config.guess was the 1999 version (or at
least no later date was mentioned). No real problem though, but maybe an
idea to put a newer version (or just a newer config.gues there).
