[gmx-users] how can I set the value of bd-fric

Hi,All, 

When I try to do the brownian dynamics in Gromacs, how can I set the value
of bd-fric? That is how I can get the value from the viscosity? Who can
tell me the unit of the bd_fric in Gromacs?
