Dear All.

We are going put OPLSA forcefield +DNA/RNA support into the "Contributed force fields"
 section. Parameters are checked with mutation of 1ESY structure.

Question is: we used the charges from AMBER params file, so is it
right way to publish our files without permission from amber team?
I tried to find a paper with it (charges) to cite, but failed.
Does exist any open source of charges for oplsa/amber ff?
