[gmx-users] problem with -multi

Dear All,

we have tried to get mdrun run with the option -multi

mpirun -np 2 mdrun_d -np 2 -multi -s x.tpr

but we get this:

Sorry couldn't backup flog0.log to
NODEID=1 argc=14
Sorry couldn't backup flog1.log to
Fatal error: File x.tpr not found
...

We have already got the x0.tpr, x1.tpr in the running
directory. I don't know why mdrun doesn't see these files. Any  idea?

We are using Myrinet and mpich
