[gmx-users] About g_rmsf and glycine

Hi List!

Once I saw here a question about g_rmsf applied to lateral atoms of a 
protein without H.

I must say that I try something similar and I could observe that I don't 
get null values for lateral rms of glycine, as I should expect and as I 
see using Procheck, for instance.

Would someone able to clarify me about such point, please?
Any commentary would be very welcome.
