Dear users, I met a problem with g_mindist. I write: g_mindist -f -s -n -od -on -d 5.0 The output file of mindist.xvg looks reasonable and most of the distances are within 4nm, but in numcont.xvg file, it always shows 0, why is the number of contact within 5 nm always 0?
