lam 7.0.4 is supposed to take advantage of the higher communication speed between processes on the same SMP machine. We use dual xeons. If I want to use lam 7.0.4 which versions of fftw, gromacs I should use. I prefer to use use gmx 3.1.4 for some more time to complete on going work. -- Sasidhar
