Dear friends
I need to calculate water residence time so i need to
calculate the probability  that a water molecule
remains in a given layer around a macromolecule for a
certain time t without  having exchanged with the bulk
water.(ref. C.Rocci, A. R. Bizzarri, and S.
Cannistraro, Phys. Rev. E 57, 3315(1998)).
Is there any program or any source code available?
