hi,
does this mean a set of some xpm plots or output from one of the gromacs tools? if you could send me an example, i would write and send you the scripts for conversion.

If someone feels like adding support for Gnuplot then go ahead. The only
advantage I see is the possibility to do three-D graphs. A tool to
convert some of the xpm plots to a three-D input for Gnuplot would be
useful...
