[gmx-users] trr visualization

Hi anybody:

I have some problems with .trr files
visualizations,nowadays I have the VMD package
installed in my pc, when I try to load a trr file, the
software load the file, but indeed I can't see
anything in the screen. I tried to use the VEGA
package to see the .xtc file generated by Gromacs, but
the software can't open it !

There is only a way to see the file and is with the
comand ngmx, but the resolution is not good and it
can't write pdb files.
Can anybody help me with it?
