Hi Cesar,

NGMX can write pdb or gro files if u  click on file > export and specify a file
name either *.gro or *.pdb, it will only give u co-ordinate files and u can
stop the animation at any point to save a co-ordinate file.

Though I should point out that ngmx doesn't give u velocities of ur system!!!
