[gmx-users] fftw & enable-float

Hi Bo Yang,

  I have one suggestion.
I think you need to have "--enable-type-prefix" when you configure
FFTw, ie. have "s" or "d" added before fftw.h for single and
double-precision versions respectively.
Then GROMACS should be able to find sfftw.h or dfftw.h.
