Hi,

g_filter gives nice smooth movies. But filtering out the frequencies
(-ol option) also results in weird looking dynamics of CH3 groups, with
increasing/decreasing C-H bond distances (all 3 H moving towards the C
and away from it again). 

In this case I want to show side chains as sticks.
Any hint how to smooth trajectories for movies without this effect?
