[gmx-users] error in installation

Dear All,

In the installation of gromacs, I got this error when I run the last step
make install:

/usr/bin/install: `table6-9.xvg' and
`/home/agstock/nguyen/gromacs-3.1.4/share/top/table6-9.xvg' are the same
file
make[3]: *** [install-topolDATA] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/agstock/nguyen/gromacs-3.1.4/share/top'
make[2]: *** [install-am] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/agstock/nguyen/gromacs-3.1.4/share/top'

what is wong here?

Another question is that how can I compile 32-bit mode on the AMD 64-bit
machines? This can be done with some option in gromacs or with the
machines?
