[gmx-users] segmentation fault on EM64T

Hi,

I tried to compile the cvs version of march 30 on Intel Xeon EM64T cpus.
It compiled fine with plain ./configure, but produced a segmentation
fault at runtime, right after the lines:

starting mdrun 'Protein in water'
2000 steps, 2.0 ps.

I tired with the option --disable-x86-64-sse, and then it works (but
slow, I guess). This seems to point to the assembly code...

Have I missed some flags, or anything ?

Thanks, Michel
