[gmx-users] Re: Installing fftw and then Gromacs

Dear Users,

I am a newbie to gromacs. I went through the installation manual of 
gromacs. As the first step, I tried installing fftw using 
fftw-2.1.5.tar.gz and did ./configure -enable-float on a IBM power4 p690 
system (AIX version 5.2L) and then did  make and did make install. It 
complains about undefined symbol in config.log file of fftw.
