[gmx-users] pdb file for muscle caldesmon

Hello David,

I have read with great interest one of your papers concerning the
simulation of
peptides from the central domain of smooth muscle caldesmon, as I am looking
for a stable alpha-helix for my simulations.
Due to technical problems I have at the moment no possibility to build a
pdb-file
myself, so I wondered if you still had the file from your simulations and
would
be so kind as to send it to me, if it is not too much work.
I would appreciate it a lot.
