hi all,
i am running position restrained dynamics for my
protein...while running i got  the following:

step 204360, will finish at Thu Feb 24 00:56:18
2005tail: pr.job: file truncated
step 204830, will finish at Thu Feb 24 00:56:22 2005

Its running fine now.What this tail: pr.job: file
truncated means?

Please let me know.Did I do something wrong while running?
