[gmx-users] trjconv manipulation

one of my simulation died (probably cuz ran out of harddrive space)
so the trr file is written down to the end of crash, but there's no gro file

i tried to use trjconv to create a gro file so i can start the simulation again,
(i dont want to keep the old trr cuz of harddrive space)
but when i did it, trjconv gave me a HUGE gro file that is the whole trajectory.

is there anyway to produce just a "still-image" gro file?
