[gmx-users] cpp and m4

Hi,

Are you sure you don't have cpp installed? It's an integral part of 
gcc, and usually installed separately in /lib/cpp.

On some hosts (read Mac OS X) it gets installed in /usr/bin/cpp, but 
it's trivial to either make a link or select the location in your mdp 
file.
