[gmx-users] install fftw & gmx on ia64 system & run parallel mdrun_mpi

Hi all,

I want to install fftw & gmx on an IA64 cluster.

There are both Intel compiler and GNU compiler installed, which do you 
prefer and produce better performance?

Another question is about submitting jobs via bsub command of LSF.
How to include mpirun & mdrun_mpi in bsub command?
